Request a Quote
The fastest way to get a quote is right from our website! Go to our Inventory page. Browse our products and click the heart symbol next to each item you'd like a quote for - this will begin a "wishlist" for your event or wedding rental needs. Access your completed wishlist by clicking the heart on the bottom right of the page. From here, choose your event dates & fill out the contact/venue information. Sit back and wait for our response! We will respond within 1 business day.
Once You Receive a Quote:
1. Review it and ensure all details are correct (item amounts, event dates, delivery and pickup dates...etc.)
2. Approve the quote and digitally sign it.
3. Make an online retainer payment to secure your items!
4. Complete Coverage Rental will reach out if we require more information, as well as let you know any next steps.
Rental Modifications:
Additions pending inventory availability. Minor changes is specified as +/-10% total cost. For major changes (above 10% cost change) please provide us with 14 days notice and may be subject to additional fees.

A 40% non-refundable deposit guarantees your reservation.
A security deposit may be required on certain items.
No refunds will be issued on unused equipment.
All rental equipment is subject to availability at time of booking.
Rentals officially begin upon customer pickup or upon delivery, and respectively end upon client return or delivery-pickup.
Prices are subject to change without notice, that includes on unpaid quotes older than 10 days.

Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer from time of delivery or customer pick-up to the time of the equipments return.
The holder of the credit card and the individual or company listed on the invoice if different, will be responsible for any loss or damage of equipment if any occurs.
We ask that everything be returned properly cleaned. A minimum $50 cleaning charge is applied to event rental costs, if equipment is returned soiled or unclean.
For any issues with picked-up equipment, please let us know in writing by email within 24 hours of delivery or customer pickup. Refunds are not issued for items that were not used; this includes because of weather or because of issues with setting items up. It is the customers responsibility to have the proper aplitude, confidence, and skill with the equipment they are renting.
The customer will not abuse, misuse or damage the equipment:
- Keep all rental equipment away from open flame or heat sources.
- Place all rental equipment on solid and level surfaces.
- Do not stand on or tilt any of the rental equipment.
- Use rental equipment for intended purposes only.
In the event of an accident or incident causing property damage or bodily harm, the customer agrees to take full responsibility and shall indemnify and hold Complete Coverage Rental harmless from any claims or actions. Complete Coverage Rental shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to customer's property that is in anyway connected with the use or defect of our rental equipment. Complete Coverage Rental makes no warranties as to the equipment's fitness for any particular purpose.

*Please Note: Crews start set ups as early as 7AM and may work into the evenings depending on the weather conditions and temperatures during the hot summer months.

Delivery prices vary by mileage and trips needed to fulfill the order.
Standard Delivery - 4 hour window.
- If you will not be home during delivery, please leave cones or some sort of marking for set up location of tents.
- Exact time constraints, weekend setups or pick-ups may result in additional fees. If you have exact time constraints, please notify us upon booking. Adding these restraints within a 7 days of an event will result in additional fees.
- Larger events may require delivery to be 1-3 days prior to event to ensure all items and services are fulfilled.
- We deliver to a 60 mile radius from Saint Joseph, MN. We will venture out of this range to further distances depending on circumstances.
- We hold the right to not deliver to location with restraints deemed unfit if not properly notified prior or upon booking. Be sure to notify upon booking of low hanging trees or power lines over driveways or entrances, private gates, or long driveways with no turn arounds.
- Delivery is considered curbside, or within 50' of delivery vehicle. If items need to be carried further, up or down a hill or staircase, through gate openings smaller than 40", please notify us upon booking. Failure to notify us prior to delivery may result in additional charges.
